Parmesan Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix ingredients and shape into 12 meatballs.
- Place on a greased foil-covered baking sheet.
- Bake 25 min or until done.
